Stripes on bicolor blenny

I noticed stripes on my bicolor blenny. Are they normal? Or is it some sort of bacterial infection?

Unfortunately I rarely see it in the tank as is, the picture above is the only picture I have. I was able to take that picture before it darted behind a rock.

to me the colouring is off, but its hard to see. #fishmedics will have better idea

Could be the angle but he looks very thin to me. Do you see him eating regularly?

To me, that looks like stress coloration. I agree the fish looks thin.
