Finally someone agrees that lamps are being built with to much blue. I have been arguing with pacific sun that there lamps are useless. Now they are building them with more blue. I am anemone person and struggled with there lamp. I owned three of them with all the pretty colors , what a waste of money ,I own three of the 4 x150 metis hyperion with burnt out uv . All these lamps are good for is growing algae. When I had issues with lamps was told by them turn them down do this do that. Now owning the Fathom Hydra Series my tank turned around 100%. Thanks for the help guys. After talking to Ron and purchasing the par meter you really know what you own. I could not get 50 par on the bottom of 17 inches of water with pacific sun all they did was light up the room. I can now get up to 400 if needed at bottom of tank.
