What kind and how many tangs? How many foxfaces? I didn't see them in the videos or pictures? What other grazing fish do you have? Herbivore and Omnivores.

I think I saw clown, orchid dotty back maybe?, fire fish, and some cardinals. Of those the clown is the omnivore but not really a grazer.

Any blennies or angels? Any urchins?

Snails are good to have. Need lots of them to have some effect.

How is that chaeto doing? Able to harvest weekly? Ever consider an Algae Turf Scrubber (ATS)?

I would stop dosing the algaecide.

What kind of water change schedule do you have? Or none at all?

What do you dose for Alk and Calcium? I'm curious why you went with pH up. That looks like it's made for freshwater aquariums?

Ingredients are formulated potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate if I'm looking at the right product? K in high quantities has been noted to have bad effects on our aquariums including fish deaths.

If you haven't been doing water changes I would certainly start now.
Yellow tang...Blue Tang..2 foxfaces..3 lawnmowers..2 yellowhead...1 coral beauty
Cheatonwas doing good (about doubling in size each 2weeks) untill the Algaefix too but still going
not dosing any Alk or Calcium...we do water changes with natural seawater...
The PhUp was from PetLifeElite and is saltwater use. used it to try extend the life and growth of the gonioporas in the tank from used to be 7.4-7.6 to 8.2-8.4 over time which seem to be working well untill it seem the algae bursted on the scene.....

we have taken out a

we have taken out all rock and fully cleaned them now 3 times....
realy not see any of the CUC eat any of it or any of the Tangs or foxfaces in it....
Did you use peroxide when you cleaned the rock?

If the Lawnmower blennies aren’t fat a happy, they aren’t eating it.

I had an algae and nothing ate it, and Flucanazole didn’t work either. Removed almost all the rock, bleach bath, acid wash, back in bleach, then peroxide. Wanted to make sure that it never came back again.
A few rocks only had small patches and peroxide took care of it.

this is the crud I had,

Ok, that's not as bad as I thought it would be. As others have mentioned, using H2O2 on the rock after scrubbing off the algae is a very good idea. As is getting a real clean up crew into the tank (herbivorous snails, hermits, urchins, etc).

And I do definitely see some aiptasia which can easily be dealt with when you pull out the rock to clean it...

You'll need to pull some out first if it's long... They won't usually touch stuff over a 1/2 tall.

have stopped adding any kind of chemicals for a while now since adding the seahares...only been adding bacteria every third day and kept water xhanges going weekly....
doesnt look like the seahares are doing any damage to it though it seems like it has stopped growing as fast but then again also not going away....
starting to effect the gonioporas now big time

Algae scrubber unit will naturally clean this up and prevent it from returning.

How much food is normally fed daily? How many cubes, or pinches of flake etc total
for now we do not feed any dry food
we only feed when we are there now (every second day)..our ownn frozen mix and 1 cube per serving...we also add plankton and Nori sheets.....lets say once a week we add 2 cubes frozen cyclops or artemia or krill
we also add some life brine shrimp once a month
