General overview of my tank started July 25 with 20 lbs of live sand, 19 lbs of Dry live rock and Bottle of Bio-Spira. Tank has been and running since then only 2 fish in the tank were clown fish (added 5 weeks ago), CUC of 2 hermits, 1 med trochus, 1 med turbo, 3 cerith, 3 nassarius snails. Only new addition was a small Emerald Crab on Saturday Aug 29th. Everything has been doing amazing until last Wednesday when I lost my first clown, was fine then started hiding for a few days no signs of anything wrong with it not spots or anything got up last Saturday the 5th and it was dead in the tank. (sadly I didn't take pictures of it because CUC did what it was supposed to do, You got it started eating it) fast forward to today, Wake up this morning to find my other clown doing the same thing hiding and looks like has some spots on it. (will post pics in a few) Only three things that i did different to the tank are the addition of the Emerald crab, had to use the stock carbon filter pad that came with the biocube( was waiting on filter pads to come in the mail was delayed because of the holiday) and a New Ai Prime 16 HD light just the other night was put on. Tank Parameters are as follows:

Salinity- 1.025
PH-8.0
Nitrates-0
Phos-0
Ammonia-0
Temp goes between 77 and 78
10% water Change weekly with Distilled water and Red Sea blue bucket salt (mixed for 2 to 3 hours before doing the water change.

I run the stock pump, 2 JBJ 500 GPH powerhead on a wave maker that came with them. I am just really stumped on what could have happened since there has been no new additions to the tank except the Emerald crab which I got from the LFS that I go to and got the clowns from. There were no signs of ICH in their tank and I didn't add any of their water to my tank only what was on the Emerald when I took it out of the bag after acclimating it to the tank. (which i did the float the bag in the tank and add water from my tank to it over the course of 45 mins and it didn't leak any water in the tank no holes in the bag) the crab is doing fine) Could the clowns have had something when I bought them and now after 5 weeks of eating and doing fine show signs of sickness? Any insight would be great.

Thank You and Happy Reefing!!!!

One other thing should i leave the tank fallow for the next 6 to 8 weeks before adding anything if this clown dies too?

Ich can flare up for many reasons, I think a lot actually have it and don't realize it. It can be dormant for up to 2 weeks I believe

That is pretty clearly ich. It can remain infective without a fish host for 45 to 75 days. With a fish host, it can really simmer along pretty much forever, becoming acute if the fish are stressed and sometimes for no apparent reason at all. Can you move the clown to a QT and treat with copper?
