Stylo bleaching?

Hey all- help me out with some opinions.

Because my tank is doing so well, my go-to guy at my LFS that has helped me every step of the way gave me this Stylo frag (for free, score!) as an experiment to see how well it does in my nano (6 gallon Fluval Edge).

I've had it in tank for about two weeks now.

All my corals are rocking out, but I'm wondering if there's some bleaching going on with the Stylo? The top of some of the arms seem to be pretty light, though polyps are extended pretty regularly. I'm feeding with Reef Roids.

Can you tell from these pics if I have bleaching going on?

In the spirit of full transparency- I follow the advice of "Don't dose what you can't test", and since I can't test Ca, Alk, Mg, or PO4, I don't know those readings. My other parameters from this morning are:

Salinity: 1.025
Temp: 79
pH: 8.4
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5ppm

It's common for sps to have pale tips, especially Stylopora, it's new growth. The piece looks happy.

You'll have to get to testing soon though.

Knowing where you test # are is half the work on keeping them happy.
How often do you do a water change?

I hear that. I'm doing water changes every three days.

Awesome, with a small tank like that this is all you need to do.
How much do you change in these three day and do you mix your water yourself or do you get it from the LFS?

I get mine from my LFS. I don't measure exact. I use a cup to bring down the water level about two inches from full, though! Seems to be working nicely. Tank looking good!
