Salinity is low due to try to treat ick on fish.

what should start first ? salinity first right?

and what?

Salinity first. Raise it slowly, over a few weeks. Then re-test Alk, Ca, Mg. Adjust those as needed, but again slowly. Once you get to your desired value, test daily to see how much your system uses per day. That will tell you how much you need to add every day to keep it stable. Do that for a few weeks to dial everything in. Water chemistry is about slow changes and stability.
