Sulking Hammer

Hi, I have a hammer which I've had for about 2 months. once I got it in my tank, it opened within a few days but Id say it's never opened fully with all tentacles flowing nicely, however about 5-7 days ago it started to sulk and hasn't come out since, my parameters are as follows
Calc 350
Alk 9.9
Mag 1250
Salinity 1.025
Temp 25.5
Phosphate. 0.1
It's half way up the rockscape with moderate/low flow and moderate light.
I know my cal is low and I'm in the process of increasing this slowly through dosing... However I have a BTA , Duncan, favia, torch and 2 hammers which are all doing really well.
Any thoughts,

Pictures will help since corals do sulk sometimes. What is the nitrate level? But without more info, my first thought would be the placement, hammers are very sensitive about the flow they get.
