I'm looking for feedback on a sump I'm building for a friends dual tank system. This system has been running for a while, though it needed some cleaning up!

240 gallon on 1st floor
180 gallon in basement

pump - dolphin 3600SP - combined system flow should be about 2000 GPH

The filter socks layout is to stop tearing socks which has been an issue in the existing system. That and it makes is easy to change filter socks regularly :)

The concern I have is two filter socks being able to keep up with all this water flow. the excess will spill over, just worried about the noise of the water crashing down.

Thanks for any advice!
