Sump & Equipment Question

Hi, I have a small sump (20 gal) and other stuff I no longer need, but not sure what you all do with equipment you don't use? Do people buy these things? Like also a protein skimmer (EuroReef), etc. ? I really don't want to do eBay since they're so heavy, so maybe I'll try OfferUp or marketplace. My reef tank was 55 gal. but I needed to tear that one down before I even got to use a lot of the stuff. :loudly-crying-face: Also, do people still use the LED light strips (like Ecoxotic), or is that old technology now? Sorry so many questions, I just don't know what to do with all the stuff I got stuck with, and not sure whether it's stuff people would actually buy. Any advice appreciated, thank you!

Do you have a local reef club in your area? I like to offer up my used stuff to new reefer to help them out. Unless it's real valuable then I'd sell.
