Sump seam leak

I've been trying to set up a sump for maybe a month now. I've tried making sure there was no leaks in the seams between the chambers. After resealing some areas I found there's just one leak at the bottom and another on the side of one the pieces of acrylic used for the chambers. Should I reseal the leaking area or will it be fine if I just add it to the system?

Ok, cuz this is starting to annoy me with how may times I've had to reseal it then wait 2 days lol.
