Im getting everything together for a 75 gal 48x18x20 reef build. I want to get a sump that I can put my protein skimmer in and have a refugium area. All ideas welcome!! Thanks in advance!

Well, the way I see it you have three options. From cheapest to most expensive; Buy something like a 30g, get someone to cut you acrylic or glass baffles, and install them yourself. Buy acrylic, Weld-On 4, an applicator, and build an acrylic sump yourself. Or, have someone build an acrylic sump for you. Four years ago I went option 1 and installed acrylic baffles in a glass tank. It has worked OK, but was not "ideal". Just yesterday I met with a local plastic fabricator and ordered a custom all acrylic sump that I drew up with some very specific and non typical dimensions.

Get a 55g tank and put i under your 75g tank.
