Super puffy space invader

I don’t think I have ever seen this thing this puffy before. Half of it looks as if I poked it with a pin it would pop. It’s sweepers have been put ALL DAY too. I do have some cross flow going on right now. I was getting some dark spots in the sand near my overflow due to lack of flow near the overflow wall. Maybe it’s ***** over that?

Looks like a feeding response. The change in directional flow probably kicked up detritus.

I’m certain you’re correct and also that the flow is the culprit. It’s since shifted off its base and now there is a bare spot behind it. I’ve knocked the flow back 50%. I’ll have to go in later and put it back on it’s rock.
