supplement emerald crab food

I have an issue where my emerald crab has attacked my seahorse. I feel this is because it has run out of food to eat. Is there anything I can do to supplement its food or should I just get rid of it since I don't want to take any chances of it attacking my other seahorses

I use to put a piece of shrimp on a algea clip and put it on the glass at the bottom and my emeralds and hermits would eat the shrimp.

I give mine left over nori - the chunk that's between the clip that the fish can't get. When I first approach him with tweezers, he's skirty and skeptical. Then he smells the nori and then scrambles for it. It's so cute.
