A little something I got from my girl yesterday. So I thought I'd mix some Ghost Pepper jelly with some cream cheese and slap it on some crackers. Wow... this is just like the red pepper jelly and cream cheese people some times make. I only put 1 tsp of jelly in 1/2 a block of cream cheese and its HOT. I've had Blaire's Ultra Death sauce. This 1 tsp of jelly cut with a 1/2 block of cream cheese is about the same as eating the sauce uncut. I'm guessing its around 800,000 on the Scoville Scale, but it was yummy. I ate the entire batch in one sitting.
