Switching Salt?

Been using RC for 7yrs. Switching to RSCP. Is there a proper procedure? System is almost 3yrs old, 40B/20L sump.

I just switched from RC to RSCP and what I did was when I did a water change I would use the new salt so I was only putting in about 10% everyother week in till it was fully changed out so I did not shock my tank with the new parameters. The dkh on RC is like 8-9 if I recall and the RSCP dkh is over 12. From what I understand is you don't want to rise your dkh more the 1.4dkh in 24 hours.

Would you suggest I stop "dosing 2part" while transitioning? I generally do a 5g WC bi-weekly.

That's up to you test ur water before you dose to see were ur parameters are at u might not have to
