Swollen mouth on magnifica anemone, possible bacterial infection?

Picked up this nem almost 5 months ago and placed in a matured tank running almost 8 years now. Showed signs of health up until about 2 weeks ago, it’s displaying an ongoing swollen mouth. I’m looking into possible health concerns, and just wanting some other peoples opinions on the matter, and any suggestions of treatment.
