I'm having a really stupid moment, but amphipods are within the preferred food size range for syngnathids, right? Mysids are hard to culture, but scuds/amphipods on the other hand, are much easier to culture. I'm mostly asking if this is applicable for small to medium sized pipefish (3"-7" fish). I'm also wondering if this is applicable to freshwater pipefish (Microphis deocata, and Doryichthys martensii) as well...
