I am getting ready to change bulbs in my 60" 8 bulb ati. I have the bulbs in my picture. Any suggestions on what other 2 bulbs I should add? Looking for blue tint. Should I change out any that I already have? Sps dominant

I’d add some aqua blue special instead of the two Geissnan actinic. Maybe one daylight bulb in the middle and a purple plus in the middle as well.

That's a lot of actinic. I would throw in a couple Coral+ or even go with one 6500k to balance things out.

These extra bulbs came with the fixture so I'm just now to the point of needing to change bulbs

You dont want so many actinic bulbs. The actinic bulbs are dim to your eyes, so it will make your tank seem dark. You said you like it to look blue, so go 5 blue+, 1 coral+, purple+ and an actinic.

I recently switched to the same fixture after many years of Radiums, just needed a change. I’m running four Blue plus, two actinics, a coral plus and an Aqua blue special, but I think I may change out the special for another blue plus or a coral plus for more blue.

Two actinic bulbs are fine. The actinic blue bulbs are similar to a blue plus. Id add two coral plus.

I love the Giesemann actinic blue bulbs. Very similar to blue+ but without the hazy washed out look and hint of green. Very crisp blue light and bright. I replaced 2 of my 3 blue+ bulbs with them and couldn't be happier.
