I just switch from coralife t5 dual ho fixture to leds. How high should my leds be or how low

Run them the same way you did your T5, or higher if you want more spread. Mine are the same distance off the wate as my halides were, 8".

I have my LED's about 14" above the water line and run them at 75% blues and whites.

I'd start them out between 30 - 50% and work up from there over the coming weeks. They can bleach corals pretty easily when the corals aren't used to them.

Yup, height really isn't an issue except for spread. It's all about the intensity with LED's

I'd start them out at 20% and add 10% a week until your at 60-75% strength, then you can tweek it from there.
