Hello. I have an aquatic life t5 dimmmable light that appears to have something wrong. The outer bulbs aren’t working and when I put a known working bulb in the outer ones it still doesn’t work. Any tips? It’s like 3 years old. I have an email sent out to the manufacturer but it’s for sure out of warranty.

It could be the ballast, socket, or something else. For me, it was the socket. I had a friend fix it so I can't share details. Good luck!

Thanks I reached out to manufacturer and they think it’s the ballast. Going to order a multi meter and verify.

Make certain if you get a ballast it is a dimmable ballast
Thanks. I actually just ran into this problem. They sent me the non dimmable and the wires don’t even line up. Not enough spots. They are correcting it though. Awesome customer service @AquaticLifeProducts
