T5 Retrofit options?

I am in the process of my build on my 150DD, 36x36x27

I am going with T5 lighting and going with some LED supplements for dawn/dusk.

What are my options for 3 foot retrofit kits for T5s?

Great reflectors and HEP Group ballasts, which is what ATI uses in their fixtures.
