t5 retrofit question

Im working on a t5 led hybrid and I have been considering the 60" t5 retro kit that BRS has on their site. I have seen the same ends on amazon and they clearly state only rated to 60 watts. The 60" t5ho bulbs are 80 watts. Does anyone have these or know if the ones BRS sells are rated higher. I cant seem to find anything.

I have sent the manufacturer an email and I haven't got a response. I didnt even think about the vendor section. thanks
