What an amazing weekend the TBS team had at Reef-A-Palooza Orlando!

Underneath the tin roof booth, were 5 display aquariums, stickers galore, pop rock candy, lots o merch, WYSWYG nano rocks for sale and a rock guessing game. The winner needed to be closest to the number of rocks in the jar. Over 200 folks documented their guesses, and the results are finally in!

It is the perfect live rock for an overflow box, to seed a refugium or add to the display.

Plain and simple on the outside surface but packed with goodness on the inside. TBS farmed rock provides denitrifying bacteria, microscopic clean-up crews and a stress reducing natural environment for your aquarium inhabitants. These little live rocks can be placed in media baskets, reactors, filter chambers, overflows, or sump compartments.

Rubble is an excellent venue for gluing coral frags, too!

Check out this lovely Premium Walt Smith Honeycomb Slab. An excellent example of the diversity provided by ocean farmed manmade rock. Tampa Bay Saltwater Live Rock

Red grape & Gracilaria macro algae, various sponges, various tunicates, barnacles, corallines and bivalves are all living on this one rock. There was also a hitchhiking tiger goby and ruby mithrax crab on it.

Each rock is hand selected and carefully transported from the Gulf of Mexico to our holding system. Where it acclimates a few days to 2 weeks before shipping.

All TBS products are shipped in natural saltwater, so it arrives ready to place in your aquarium. No curing.

They are categorized as either premium or base by Jocelyn, who selects each one from the ocean bottom and from the holding system when packing orders.

Each rock varies greatly, we do our best to document variety on the website and also on Instagram/Facebook.
