Tang weird movement or just crazy

Hi all so I posted about my qt tanks having high nitrite I have a small tomini and foxface in a 3.5 gal each so to combat it I do very frequent water changes. Question is this little tomini he does this weird side to side waddle or is he just crazy thanks all

My guess is that it is going stir crazy in that volume of water.

On a side note, there's a "chance" that they might not get along together in your display tank. They're both omnivores and will compete for the same food. Many folks have luck keeping both, but I had a fox and tang in my 120 and it was "battle royal" until I separated them - both were really torn up. Good Luck!

Normal tang to me but likely unhappy with limited space. Assure it gets a proper diet at it is a little under nourished.

He ate a 1/4 handful of gha that I pulled from dt yesterday. I bet he can't wait to get into the dt he's like a little garbage can takes everything.

proper diet will be :

Nori seaweed basted with garlic
LRS Herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Spirulina brine shrimp
Mysis shrimp
small plankton

Add selcon vitamns and garlic extract to foods occasionally
