Tang with Bacteria infection ????

I need help not sure what the Tang is dealing with it’s been eating but not sure if those jelly like patches on it’s skin is a bacteria infection

Whats often referred to as a thumb print is generally stress related but can be bacterial or even bump injury. I would not react to medication yet but keep an eye on it to see over next day or two if it remains or improves and not worsen. Should the spot increase, you can treat in tank with Ruby Rally Pro or in quarantine with seachem Kanaplex

This looks like something called tang thumbprint or fingerprint disease.
Not much is know about it - people suggest treatments, but based on what information, I don’t know. Many cases do go away on their own.
IMO - I would quarantine the fish for the more common and deadly issues and just keep an eye on this….

So should I medicate at the moment no meds I’m the tank no copper, just weekly water changes

No. If it is a new fish, you should treat it for the typical diseases. the process we use is here:
