Tank cooling system

What do you guya recomend to use to keep my 32g tank at the right temperature without using a chiller

Small computer style fans pointing towards the water but keep in mind this will also increase evaporation rat.

Since your in California I assume the humidity is low?
Cooling fans will be the cheapest option. Just make sure you have good RoDi water to replace the evaporated water. I would invest in at least one ICP test of your Di water just to make sure your not quickly adding phosphates or something else that is bad.
