Tank Heater

Guys I'm building my new tank and want to use one or two of those large commercial inline heaters but cant find where to buy them. My tank is heated off my boiler but I am also putting an emergency back up heater. over the years I would go through 2 1000w heaters a year for my 250g (400g total). So I dont want to have issues with heating. Anyone know where I can order one of those heaters?
