Tank off-corals showing it-ugh

Trying to figure out what to do-noticed my war coral was starting to recede, and my dragon favia might be wonky, couple hairy green mushroom melting-or turning white and dying

So something off

Tank is stable-its a 4 yr old tank that was previously a 12 yr old tank before upgrading

-mixed reef

Only changes were 3 bagaii cardinal that added about month and half ago-and clean up crew added last week

Nitrate 23-normally runs 12-18
Phosphate .37 normally runs .12-.20
Calcium 420
Alk 8.8
Magnesium 1200 -need to raise-my buffer is out

Have used gfo in bags back and forth/and carbon

Have had a single chamber media reactor that when used ran gfo feel like it bottomed out phosphates

Not sure if just go back to consistent use of gfo in a bag, or if put the nedia reactor back on, do i run the carbon and section out the gfo in the media reactor

Have always been 30g every other week-that has always been the routine-went 3 weeks in august when we were in vacation

Has anything changed with your RODI water or salt ? New batch of salt? Do the filters need to be replaced?

I had to change where i get my saltwater from about 3 months ago-another lfs store that carries saltwater-has been in business 20+ years
