I have a 75 gallon Reef tank. In this stand" not my pic but same stand" can the middle piece between the doors taken out with rank fully stocked quick enough to put a bigger sump under or you think itll fall.?? Please help

I would have to see the Interior structure. There is a term called system engineering, where the sum of the components gives the whole of the structure its strength. So.. careful removing a piece like that. Chances are you would be fine if you have so kind of fail safe in place. I have changed a sump out and the word quick never really came into play.
