I've recently bought a 110g waterbox and moving over from a 32g. I plan on doing this slowly over the course of a few weeks.

I was wondering if i could take the water from my weekly water changes (10g) and put it in a large brute container and start collecting it? I was thinking of putting a heater and power head in the bucket to keep things going...was also considering putting in my media blocks and some rock to help seed it I also have fritz turbo start. Figured this might help save some time and save the water with good bacteria In it instead of dumping it down the drain. Limited space only allows me to have one tank running at a time, I'll also add clean ro/di water threwout the week. Not sure if this would work or if it's even worth it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

There is barely any good bacteria in the water. Good bacteria sticks to surfaces, So I would just move some pieces of old rock over in with some new rock to help the new rock cycle.
