I've done Tank Transfer Method to Treat Ich for fish Successfully.

WORKED each time so I do it for all new Fish as part of QT before DT (even if no signs of Ich)

I've always done one fish at a time, however I have opportunity for 2 Newcomers AT ONCE.

CAN I just do TTM with Two fish in One QT system at Once?

I actually have THREE 10 Gallon QT's so I could actually do some Cross Transfers between the Transfers (Splitting them up on Transfer 1,3....or 2,4)

It will work fine.

Combining fish is fine. You just don't want to get too large of bioload in a single tank.

Cross transfers wouldn't work unless you were completely sterilizing tanks between each transfer. The process allows you to run away from ich. So cross transfers could allow reinfection.

Thanks @HotRocks and @EmdeReef

I kind of thought it would work since the (whole <72 hours x 4 iterations) takes care of Ich leaving ALL fish.
Just needed one or two votes of confidence that there is NO cycle disruption/changes-needed with TWO fish.

I hear you on the Bio Load thing. Two fish (light feeding) should be fine in a 10G short duration.
I use (60/40) (Water Change water from DT and new Water) so QT doesn't cycle, and I add a bit of Mature Matrix Media (from DT) into a hang on filter and a touch Seachem Stabilty (touch, because adding Stability with Live Water/Media gave me a Major Bacteria Bloom once). The Matrix Media is never used again till it's washed and sterilized/dried for weeks (thrown out if a disease happens during QT/Treatment).

Each of the 3 DT has it's own Mini HangOn Bio Filter, Heater and everything is Sterilized (Vinegar/WaterRinse/Dried 48 hours) between each Transfer.

TTM is awesome (if done right).
