Since I started my tank in December here is an update/pic of how it's going. The Coraline algae is really starting to grow.

75gal tank with 100 lbs of sand and 80 lbs of coral rock with 1 lb of live rock.
2 1300 gph wave makers and a 800+ gph SunSun 5 stage canister filter and a Eheim heater.
Current Ramp Timer Pro Digital Lighting
Last but not least 2 clownfish and 4 crabs, 2 blue legged and 2 red legged

Hate to say it, but that doesn't look like coraline algae to me. Looks like Cyanobacteria.

:( your right I did a quick research and then a test and it is Cyanobacteria, bummer

Just grab a turkey baster, gently spray it off the rocks, suck it up, and dump it in the toilet.

Check your phosphates and nitrates. It looks as though there is not any corals in the system? drop the phosphates down to zero for a week or so
