How many fish should I put in a 30 gallon tank I already have two clownfish and two clarkii’s I was thinking about putting a cleaner shrimp and a yellow tang or niger trigger fish

A cleaner shrimp is fine. I have a skunk cleaner in a 20 gallon tank.

You're gonna need about 100 gallons more than that to keep a trigger fish.

And when you get that 100g plus tank, remember trigger fish are not reef safe.

Agreed. Why wait? Why not get the 80 and put them right in?

Its not cool to put those type of fish into a 30 gallon tank, have compassion for the animals and wait until you upgrade your tank.

Four fish about 3-4 inches. Two cleaner shrimp perhaps a skunk and a fire. A clean up crew.

Plan on your upgrade ASAP. Healthy fish grow like weeds. Every single fish I have in my 180 Gallon System has doubled in size in less than a year.
