TBS sand with Caribsea?

I don't have apic handy, but I used TBS rock and sand to start two small tanks about 14 months ago, and I loved it! I have more TBS rock and sand on order for a new tank I'm building.

In my humble opinion, I think if you have to mix TBS live sand with anything else, I think this sand would be the best match. The grain size and color I think would blend well with the rather chunky TBS sand.

I've been using the TBS sand for a year and LOVE it. The only problem I'm having is after a year of weekly sandbed vacuuming it's getting thin. Was thinking of just ordering more but thought about just mixing. I got tired of white sandbeds and the TBS has saved my hair from being obsessed with keeping it white lol.

I mean, I would AWAYS suggest that you order more TBS live sand lol!

But for an established tank, you could add some dry sand, and in time it would become "alive" and mix with your TBS sand.
