TC420 Programming

Would anyone know of good program for these ... TC420 or the TC421 ...
Something that would let me program to the minute ... To the second would be even better ...

I've been thinking of all the things I could control with this ... IF I only had a decent way to program it ...

I'm running a TC420 and the program it comes with will let you program any percentage output at any minute of the day. Are you asking how to use the program it comes with, or run a different program altogether?

The software that came with mine wouldn't run ...
At least not my PC ...
I found LED Control V2.1 online
