Teco chiller heater exploded

I'm an idiot. I was putting pieces of my new build together and though that I had the outlet on my apex off but it was on. Heater in the Teco exploded giving off a really bad burning smell. Took the heater out of the unit and it's burnt black. Any Idea on how to get this going again? Can I just purchase another heater and slip it in? Should I check for anything in the chiller?

I ordered a new heater, but I realized the exchanger is damaged. Seems to be leaking through there. Anyone know who I can get it replaced by?

You could try calling some local hvac shops. Unfortunately might be as much as a new chiller.

Thanks tom. It's just the exchanger so doesn't look to complicated to change if I can get the piece. Would rather a proffesional do it though.
