Teco tr20 fault

Hi. I’ve only just signed up to this site so I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve got a Teco tr20 chiller. I’ve had it 6 months or so and was working when I tried it out before buying it second hand. We are experiencing very hot weather here in the ok at the moment so had to get it out to cool my reef. It turns on for a split second and spins the fans then turns off with a bleep. Can anyone please help me to what it is. Kind regards jammie dodger
