Temperature issues

Ok . So which is the the right temp ???? Chiller reads 27 degrees. New eheim heater set at 26 keeps turning on . Stick on thermometer says 25 . Aaargh . Ehats goinn on .... help

All in the same tank?

Don't expect different tanks on the same system to read the same - even from the same thermometer. They all lose heat rapidly, plus heat is lost in the plumbing.

If you're using your heaters in the sump to heat the whole system (which I think is a bad idea) then the sump will have to account for these losses and run warmer than you want the display to run. Just an example.

Any by the way, any of those temperatures is acceptable, so maybe no worries? :)

Thanks [emoji5] its a 120 l tank with heater in the tank .seems like 26 degrees in eheim german equals 27.5 degrees in korean hailea and 25 in whatever the stick on thermo comes from lol .
