Per the excellent suggestion of @SlugSnorter, I am reposting this here (where it probably belonged to begin with):
Made an order with the folks at SaltwaterAquarium.com. From this arose a situation, the details are not important. Big or small, good or bad, its all irrelevant. What does matter is that they went out of their way to make a customer happy. Since they did this in private, I am thanking them in public.
Typically in public forums, you see a lot of the bad, and occasionally some good. This is one of the latter.
