I recently placed my first order with Battle Corals, and received it today. It was a purely positive experience from start to finish. Adam was extremely pleasant, and a joy to deal with.
When I placed my order, I requested that he ship on a specific date. I received a reminder email the day before, and the frags arrived on the correct date, professionally packaged.
All the frags I ordered were there, and as pictured. Adam also threw in a couple freebies (including one I'm particularly excited about!), and even made a point to ensure that they were ones I did not already have! All the frags appeared healthy when they arrived, and polyps were coming out shortly after I put them in the tank.
I had never dealt with Battle Corals, or Adam, prior to this transaction, however, this will probably be the first place I check the next time I am looking to make an order.
