I think it would be a good idea to have a tank as You recommend Your customers with a webcam.
Size normal = 100 to 150 gallon. With the picture from webcam show a logbook of what You have done with the tank so everyone can see how much maintenance a tank needs. And when the light is let it be black but with a note when the light is on each day.
