It's taking over my new 55 gallon reef tank. The famous green algae on my sand I just changed over from my 37 gallon reef to a 55 gallon. How do I get rid of this algae?:squigglemouth:

Don't have a pic right now but it's definately not hair algae so it must be cyano. It's also on my marco rock. It started as brown algae but switched over is this due to it cycling?

Dose 1ml of h202 per 10gal, there is a post on boards here about it wiping out cyno in a matter of days , look for troylee post, my experience with cyno algae. Or something like that lots of good info on it.
