Are these thermometers good to. Check if our ink bits probse probes are good or need to. Be calibrated. I checked them With mine and they were both almost exact.They can be calibrated with ice water

I’m not sure you can calibrate those? I would check the instructions manual to see if there is an option with that device.

It does have. Calibration setup the manuel says
