After being out of the hobby for 15 years I'm back in with a vengeance. I currently have a 55gal reef and a 30gal FOWLR. I've been eyeing this used 90gal setup at my local fish store for $900. My goal is to make that my reef tank and the 55 my FOWLR and get rid of my 30. Now my wife and I set a budget for my hobby and I'm already in the red. So I decided to look for a part time job and came across an advertisement for plasma donation. Long story short, I made my first plasma donation last night for $100. I get $100 for my first 10 donations and $70 after that with a twice per week limit. I'm curious what other people are doing to finance their addiction and if you would ever consider donating plasma for it?
