Is it possible to thin a nepthea stalk? Not cutting it down in height, but cut/peeling slices off the stalk to reduce the girth. Has anyone tried that and knows whether that kills the coral? Or cause new branching like in a plant?

Haven’t tried it before, but I’m sure you won’t kill it unless your water parameters are bad. They’re very hardy

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
