this is Cerith Snail larvae stage? or parasite?

I found eggs on tank about 7-10 days ago, i'm not sure.
i think their is Cerith snail eegs.

But today i found the worm may be come out from the egg.

their is this is Cerith Snail larvae stage?
or i must get them out?

The worms are polychaetes, not snail larvae - I may be wrong, but I would guess they're eating the snail larvae as they hatch.
