Can dinos get this long??

Just wanting someone to confirm that’s what this is. I’ve never seen them be this long.. I know some of this has to be hair algae as well.

For reference the one in the picture is maybe 7 inches long.

Both diatoms and dinoflagellates can form filaments like those in your aquarium. I don’t recall whether the filament formation indicates anything about the colony.
