Thanks. A buddy of mine was thinking Red Planet but it sure seems like a lot of purple on the tips for a RP.

Since RP is Hyacinthus I can definitely see that. Nothing jumps out on image one. Maybe a top down image would help. Is the base green, what color polyps?

Base is green. Here is a top down pic of the colony it came from in my friends tank

I'm going to try to get my mirrorless camera to his house to take a pic. They don't even look like the same coral based on these 2 pics. It's not Pearlberry though which I also have.
