I saw this on the back portion of my tank the other day, thought Mayne it was and algea of some kind. But today found it on the front of the glass, moving slowly.

It’s either flagellate (not Dino flagellate) or macro algae) but hard to tell which under your heavy blue lighting
Pics always best under white lighting
