So im kind of to a point where im thinking about switching over to T5s. Im currently using LEDs (Current Marine budget, I can put a link in this thread if your curious) and am not getting the correct coral growth I'd like. It's been almost a year and the only things to grow in my tank are the anemones I have, believe it or not...

Anyway, I was looking into T5s because I can't afford very much on the side of LEDs. What are some good T5 brands, where can I order them from or buy them from? One stipulation: controllability (i.e. lighting schedule)

Unfortunately it’s not the LEDs, it’s the choice of LEDs. They current marine LEDs are great for a FOWLR but just not good enough for a reef tank. If you had Kessils, AI’s, ecotech etc you wouldn’t be in this predicament:-)

Yeah, that's understandable, I wish I could afford those but I can't...are there any cheap black boxes that can support coral growth?
